1. Reading of Scripture- Try committing at least 10-15 minutes per day reading from the Bible. Also using a devotional such as Guideposts as a supplement to the bible reading is beneficial. Developing the habit is key!
2. Find time to Pray- Praying can be done in silence at work, on the road, or when you go to bed or wake up. Praying for others and happenings in the their lives is a great feeling also don't forget to pray for yourself.
3. Service- Commit to participate in a couple service projects this year. This can be as simple as participating in a food drive, sending cards to missionaries, praying for others, or taking care of a need that someone has. You don't have to commit a ton of time to be of service to others and do the work that Christ says we must do as Christians.
4. Commit to Love others- Praying for and with others, spending time with others, sending a card to a shut-in, or any action that shows the love of Christ will surely be a blessing to someone else and yourself.
No matter what 2014 brought in your life commit yourself to make 2015 your best year ever!
